In the process of finding someone to install these doors I did call several companies, and several estimators did come to my house. My initial call to Easy Open Door was the beginning of my decision to go with your company. Elise and Michelle handle the phones so nicely and quickly. Every time I called with any questions both Elise and Michelle were very quick to get the answers for my questions.
Chris and Devin came on a Saturday to my house for the install, which I had to have. They did an excellent job. They are efficient, careful, and very knowledgeable about their work for the install. Chris Lee was particularly helpful on all three jobs. His customer service is excellent. The installs were smooth. Chris was always very careful to make sure we were happy with the install. He answered our many questions, and he left the site clean and ready to use.

The customer service department answered all the preliminary questions we had sent through the Easy Door Open website, we were not pressured into upgrades, only informed of them during our home inspection and the installation was clean and quick. I just wanted to thank you for all your help and let you know how pleased I was with my service call today. Randy was very nice and so helpful. I felt very comfortable and knew he was being honest with me (unlike the other guy)! I took Randy’s advice and I wrote the other company and complained about their service and ridiculous quote. Hello Easy Open folks,
Thank you for your rapid service today. One of the springs on the garage door had broken and the door was inoperable. We left a phone message at 6pm on Tuesday and by Wednesday at 1pm the springs were replaced and a safety inspection was performed. The technician also gave us instructions for owner maintenance and suggested that we have a professional make an inspection every 2 years. We will put it on the calendar and definately use your company for those periodic inspections.
Your service was 'blue ribbon'.
