Thank you for your rapid service today. One of the springs on the garage door had broken and the door was inoperable. We left a phone message at 6pm on Tuesday and by Wednesday at 1pm the springs were replaced and a safety inspection was performed. The technician also gave us instructions for owner maintenance and suggested that we have a professional make an inspection every 2 years. We will put it on the calendar and definitely use your company for those periodic inspections.
