Our Team
Randy
Randy has been in the construction industry since he was in high school, in the 80’s! When he purchased Easy Open Door in 1996 from the previous owner, who was a friend of the family, he received one week of training and then he was off on his own.
He picked it up quickly and has been doing amazing work ever since. He’s detail oriented, conscientious and a measure-twice-cut-once kind of guy. Although he wouldn’t call himself this, he is a perfectionist. He won’t leave a job until it’s how he would have it if it was his house. Randy enjoys surfing, snowboarding, camping at the beach and in the desert, traveling, and he loves to find and try new recipes out in the kitchen.
Michele
Michele always wanted to be a school teacher and after receiving her credentials, she did that for 10 years. When her children were young, she decided to take a leave of absence from teaching and started working in the office here at Easy Open. Never in a million years did she dream she would know so much about garage doors! She’s able to diagnose most problems over the phone, give accurate estimates for repairs and is helpful in sharing information about new Clopay garage doors and LiftMaster openers.
Most mornings before work you’ll find Michele walking her dog and then at a gym class. She enjoys all kinds of music, reading, camping, and making healthy meals.
Sherrie
Sherrie has been with Easy Open Door since 2019. She opens up the office most mornings. She’s detail oriented, a hard worker, friendly and helpful on the phone. Sherrie enjoys spending time with her three children, watching sports on TV, especially the Chargers during football season, camping and kicks butt at Backgammon.
Devin
Devin first started with Easy Open in 2004. He left for a while and has been back since
2015. Devin is very detail-oriented, thorough and informative. If you look at our many positive reviews, you will most likely see Devin’s name. Customers appreciate his expertise and commitment to quality work. Devin enjoys spending time at the river, attending country music concerts/festivals, playing horseshoes and cooking meals with his girlfriend.
Max
Max, son of Randy and Michele, has grown up in the garage door industry, literally. His first daycare was here in the office, often having naptime in the warehouse. In high school he would help out on jobs and has been servicing and installing doors on his own for the past several years. He is an avid rock climber. If he’s not working, you’ll find him at an indoor rock climbing gym, climbing somewhere outdoors, or practicing on the wall he built under his house.
