I just wanted to thank you for all your help and let you know how pleased I was with my service call today. Randy was very nice and so helpful. I felt very comfortable and knew he was being honest with me (unlike the other guy)! I took Randy’s advice and I wrote the other company and complained about their service and ridiculous quote. So I wanted to make sure I sent you a note to thank you and let you know that I will be calling you if ever I need help again with my garage door. I will also tell anyone who asks me to call you for service with their garage doors!
