Of the vendors I work with I have to say that from the office side to the field – your company is top notch – and I don’t tend to write compliments often.
I appreciate the:
- Immediate responses on quotes, questions, lead times, material order dates, expected delivery date and info from supplier etc.,
- Knowledge of the products and honest cost conscious advice
- Very competitive pricing
- Family Owned – Local Business
- Accommodating the client’s schedule install date to include weekend work at no extra charge
- Quality, efficient, and painless install. Installer cleaned up everything and was very pleasant to work with
- Project close out including warranty documentation follow thru was performed immediately after receipt of final payment
